Better Butter is a perishable product, meaning it needs to be refrigerated. In order for the product to arrive fresh and at a lower cost to you we prefer to ship Monday – Wednesday via FedEx Ground Shipping. If you would like us to ship on Thursday – Saturday select the 2-day or overnight shipping option (where available).
Our minimum online order is $20. You will not be able to check out without reaching this minimum.
Our products are shipped in special foam containers with Ice-Brix to ensure they arrive refrigerated to you. This packaging is reliable for 2-3 days so when it arrives to you it is your responsibility to place product in refrigerator or freezer. Better Butter is not responsible for missing, stolen or damaged packages after they are delivered to the address specified by the customer or for orders returned or delayed due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.
If we fail to deliver your Better Butter on time through no fault of yours, we will replace your order and return your money with our apology. However, we can only guarantee that your Better Butter will arrive on time and in good shape if the shipping address you enter is complete and correct and not a Post Office box. Repeat, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please double-check the spelling of the delivery address, and make sure that there is a designator (i.e., Street, Avenue, Place, Court, Circle, etc.). We take no responsibility for misplaced shipments due to an incomplete or incorrect address. When you receive your Better Butter you may freeze (up to 6 months) and thaw when you are ready to eat or place in fridge. Since our product is 100% natural, we do not use any preservatives and that limits the life of the product:
