I loved nut butter — peanut butter, almond butter, you name it — but was frustrated at the 200 calories per serving. How realistic is one spoonful?
I started experimenting with ways to make a lighter peanut butter spread: a spread that would be more than fat, remain all natural, and not compromise the comforting taste that is loved by all. My first creation, the Honey Nut Banana Better Butter, became a popular spread in the house and my boyfriend joked that I should sell it…and I ran with that idea and never stopped.
Use Better Butter to make sandwiches, as a dip for fruit or crackers, or just enjoy a spoonful when an energy boost (or something yummy) is needed.
